What a wonderful day - Sunday 27th July 2008 and the soundtrack ‘Tomorrow’ from Mmm Mmm The Musical gets International airplay on the wonderful Elaine Paige Show on BBC Radio 2. This particular track was selected from the 18 song soundtrack CD which is available from the ‘Mmm Mmm‘ website. Tomorrow was sung by 16 year old Niall Rooney who played Billy Manning in the premiere performance of Mmm Mmm in April 2008.

Sadly they didn’t play the entire track and cut it off just before my favourite part, the Middle 8 has a wonderful melody and Niall’s tenor tones really suit the song perfectly. But, we are still exceptionally grateful of the airplay.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Elaine Paige for playing our track on BBC Radio 2 and a special big thanks to her producer Malcolm Prince who said “Mmm Mmm The Musical reeks of potential” Thank you Malcolm, I hope you will play another track sometime soon - Please :)

I’m certain all the other cast memebers of Mmm Mmm are extremely proud!

Here’s an MP3 of Niall’s singing Tomorrow on BBC Radio 2.

Market Samurai For Keyword Research Domination

Market Samurai Logo - For Keyword Research Domination

Market Samurai is set to become the benchmark keyword research software that all other companies will try to imitate. I have been fortunate enough to have a copy of Market Samurai for the last few days and I have enjoyed putting it through its paces to see exactly what this amazing tool can produce.

First off, the result this baby churns out are unbelievable to say the least. To sum it up in a short sentance, I would have to say that compared to all the other keyword research tools/software I’ve used in the past, Market Samurai collects the most comprehensive, laser-targeted, current keyword data I’ve ever seen - all into a few simple and easy to understand columns. Was that a short sentance?

The results dished out are an Internet Marketers dream combinations of search, semantic and website keywords together with critical Adwords data that leaves little doubt to the success or failure of a niche. Following the use of Market Samurai for a few days you should have not only tightened up your own keyword list for your niches, but you’ll be left feeling confident enough that you can research into any market and come out the other side knowing you could dominate that niche and leave your competitors wondering what the hell just happened!

Market Samurai is the dominatrix of keyword research software and my only hope is that you never get to use it so I can get quietly richer a little quicker :)

The Thirty Day Challenge Challenges

The Thirty Day Challenge Challenges

As an admirer of the Thirty Day Challenge team and everything it stands for, I’m excited to say I will be taking the challenge again this year. We’re already into full swing and half-way through  pre-season, (that’s a kind of get all your tools together before we get started type thingy) and already participants of the 30DC are starting to see how powerful the material they are being shown is.

The 30 Day Challenge creators Ed Dale and Dan Raine bring a massive wealth of business knowledge to the table and whilst there are a ton of super-guru’s out there online, I cannot think of two mentors more qualified than Ed and Dan. Their own success is testament to their brilliance and lucky for us, they’re prepared to share their techniques for making money online with us via the Thirty Day Challenge program.

Its free to join and participate in the 30 Day Challenge so if you have ever considered making a living online, then you’d be wise to do the 30DC throughout August which is when the challenge starts. You’ll be led by the hand and shown step-by-step exactly what to do to setup your own business online.

The 30 Day Challengers will use audio, video, social bookmarking, blogs, websites, articles and so much more it may just seem a little scary at first and the biggest challenge 30DC’ers face is action, you simply must take action if you want to succeed.

You see there is a lot to learn, but you don’t need to be overwhelmed at the amount of new material you’re learning, you simply need to take action one step at a time, if it takes you 40 days or like some people last year 90 - 100 days, then who care’s. The most important thing is you are actually taking part and doing something about your future and not just sitting there on your arse wondering how it’s all going to happen for you.

I’ve been part of several high priced membership programs in the past and whilst it cost me a small fortune to be in those memberships, it made me realise that you cannot afford to not have good mentoring. When the option to take part in a free program like the Thirty Day Challenge comes along, you take it! I don’t reckon you could find anything else out there that comes even close to the quality of training you’ll receive in the 30DC - paid or not, it doesn’t exist.

I do hope you’ll find my posts interesting as I reveal what I’m up to in the 30DC and I also hope you’ll be following along with your own challenge and I wish you all the best of luck and every success. You can get hold of me or follow me via any of the following:

A Very Valuable Marketing Lesson Learnt

Tag: Internet MarketerPhill Mason @ 9:19 pm

My Valuable Marketing Lesson.

Today I was fortunate enough to witness something very valuable indeed. In this super-polished web 2.0, social bookmarking frenzied Internet life we lead, I come to realize just how important the circles I move in are and more importantly - the friends I make along the way.

Today, a friend in need put their hand up high in the air and said “guys, I’m in a situation and I could really use your help”.

The Internet Marketing crowd have a certain stigma attached to them that often paints a sometimes dull image of  a pestering salesman - fair enough, that’s what most marketers do - they sell stuff. However, what isn’t very often published is the complete kindness, strength and the real value of friendships that are built in our everyday online social lives through the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Friendfeed etc.

I for one am extremely proud to be a part of the internet marketing community and would like to take my hat off and thank all of you who actually got involved today and helped out a marketing friend without even thinking twice about it - you should be proud of what you’re part of.

So the very valuable marketing lesson I learnt today was; anything is achievable when you have the sheer force of like-minded friends right behind you. It certainly highlighted the importance of friends and how quick a group of marketers can make something happen in a very short period of time - scary (in a nice way). My friend’s problem was rectified today and it made me realise that every new friend I come across in my marketing circles, could just well be the most important person I’ll ever meet. Who knows!

Tag: Composer, Film Maker, Internet Marketer, Musician, PhotographerPhill Mason @ 12:31 pm

I’ve been online for over 10 years and my opinion on this crazy world often proves funny and interesting to some and slightly twisted to others - either through internet marketing, through a lens or via my music. I love to be challenged and I continue to be as creative as possible in order to enjoy online life to the fullest.

My strongest asset - I don’t take myself too seriously!

I don’t ask for much and I don’t promise to be perfect, but I do promise to be the best I can be with what I have to offer.

Join in, we might just become best friends!
